In a typical nutritional therapy session, we discuss your goals, medical and family history, dietary habits, digestive function and lifestyle. I develop a nutrition and lifestyle plan suitable for your circumstances that includes dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes and food supplement recommendations. I am also trained to use non-invasive Functional Tests to help find any underlying imbalances and guide you in your personal health and wellbeing. Improving digestive function and efficiency is key when devising an individualised nutritional programme.
